A 58 year old man will appear in court today charged with the murder of a man in Stretford on Friday night
Gilvy Anderson of Davyhulme Road, Stretford has been charged with the murder of a 50-year-old man, who has since been formally identified as Emile Anderson.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Manchester Magistrates Court on Monday 19 April 2021.
The stabbing occurred at an address on Davyhulme Road in Stretford on Friday evening with Emile attacked in what police describe as an altercation with the offender.
Emile was taken to hospital with a stab wound to his chest. Despite the best work of hospital staff, he was sadly pronounced dead a short while later.
