Convicted killer Lucy Letby is to face a retrial on one count of attempted murder in June 2024.
Jurors in the nurse’s original trial failed to reach verdicts on six counts of attempted murder.
The prosecution presently only intends to retry the nurse on one count relating to Baby K.
