Lucy Letby has lost a Court of Appeal bid to challenge her murder and attempted murder convictions
The former Nurse has been denied permission to appeal against her convictions for murdering seven babies and trying to kill six others.
Judges at a Court of Appeal hearing said they had refused Letby’s request at a short hearing on Friday morning.
Reporting restrictions prevent any further discussion of what was said as the former nurse faces a retrial in Manchester on one count of attempted murder next month.
