A 57 year old man from Little Hulton will appear in front of magistrates tomorrow charged with multiple sexual offences including rape of a child under 13, attempted rape of a child under 13, and sexual activity with a child under 13.
Carl Jones has been charged with ,Nine counts of rape of a child under 13, One count of attempted rape of a child under 13, Two counts of causing a child under 13 to watch/look at an image of sexual activity and Three counts of causing/inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity – no penetration.
He also faces Fifteen counts of assault of a child under 13 by touching, Four counts of assault of a child under 13 years of age by penetration, One count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13, Four counts of indecent assault on a child under the age of 16 years and One count of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a child aged 13 to 15 years.
