Labour pledges to reverse a decade of high street decline under the Conservatives

Labour’s Shadow Chancellor, today promised that a vote for Labour at the May elections will mean a “brighter future for Britain’s high streets” after years of decline under the Conservatives

1300 shops have been lost across the North West since 2010 which has caused a hollowing out of the high street.
