INNSiDE Manchesterhas launched INNSiDER Wellness – a three day wellness event taking place during Summer Solstice.
As the sun appears at its highest elevation, INNSiDE UK will host a guided reconnection and wellbeing walk for INNSiDE Newcastle guests, a healing Sound Bath at the INNSiDE Manchester and a revitalising Rooftop Yoga session at INNSiDE Liverpool’s panoramic 360 Sky Bar, all curated in collaboration with INNSiDE’s #StayCurious local wellness partners.
On Saturday 22nd June, Golden Ratio Sound Therapy will lead a deeply-immersive and therapeutic Sound Bath experience at INNSiDE Manchester, from 10.30 – midday. Each person will have their own individual inner experience during a Sound Bath, as Golden Ratio Sound Therapy plays instruments such as Gongs, Bowls, Shakers and percussion to help you enter another state of consciousness.
The Summer Solstice INNSiDER Wellness series forms part of INNSiDE’s #StayCurious ethos, which promises to accommodate guests’ every need with considered comforts and locally inspired experiences. Hotel guests and locals are invited to join in this event via EventBrite, with 50 free spaces up for grabs.
