Halloween Together returns for its second year on Schools Hill, Cheadle, on 26 October to delight local families with trick-or-treating, spooktacular games and activities, market stalls, and more.

From 11am until 3pm, Halloween Together will host a variety of family-friendly activities including decorated stalls and giving out sweets and treats for all the young trick or treaters – an ideal activity for children with autism or sensory issues that may struggle with traditional trick or treating.

Run by local charity Together Trust, the event is hosted on its campus on Schools Hills and all proceeds raised from the festival will go directly to supporting their life changing services across Greater Manchester.

Other efforts to make the event as accessible as possible include a quiet hour from 11am to 12pm where there will be no music or flashing lights for guests with additional needs, as well as the availability of a prayer room, breastfeeding facilities, baby changing facilities and a toilet with a hoist/plinth available on site throughout the day.

Last year’s inaugural event saw hundreds of young people and families get into the spooky spirit and this year promises to be even bigger.

A delicious array of food and drink, including vegan options, will be offered from local vendors Nellie’s Kitchen and Rocco’s Neapolitan Pizza, alongside a colourful mix of stalls selling local handmade products from a variety of small businesses. This year’s stalls include axe throwing and archery from Wolfpack Adventures, sheep petting with Ewenique, bumper cars and funfair games from OMC Inflatables, and facepainting from Clever Creations. Spiderman himself will be swinging into the fair from 1pm until 3pm.

Tickets cost £2 for adults and £1 for children with family tickets (2 adults and 2 children) available for just £5. Buy your tickets in advance at: register.enthuse.com/ps/event/HalloweenTogether2024
