The final MRP poll before Thursday’s vote puts Labour on course to win 484 seats with the Conservatives narrowly the second biggest party on 64 seats with the Lib Dems on 61
If correct it would give Labour a majority of 318 seats
It gives Reform 7 seats while in Scotland the SNP would be left with just 12 MP’s with Labour displacing it as the largest party North of the border
The Reform Party is likely to become the third most-voted party whilst only winning a handful of seats
With one day’s campaigning left Rishi Sunak insisted the election result was not a ‘foregone conclusion’, saying ‘it’s not over until it’s over’ while Kier Starmer described as ‘desperate’ the Tories’ attacks on his suggestion that he wanted to stop work at 6 p.m. on Fridays to spend time with his family.
