A 18 year old man has been charged in connection with an investigation into a sexual assault and indecent exposures in Manchester city centre.
Mobarak Almutairi, of Whitworth Street West, Manchester, has been charged with sexual assault, two counts of indecent exposure, and possession of two indecent images.
He was remanded and is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates today
As officers continue their investigation, they are appealing for anyone else who suspects they may have been the victim of a similar crime to please get in touch.
This includes acts such as inappropriate filming or being subject to indecent exposure.
Detective Inspector Geoffrey Machent, from GMP’s City of Manchester district, said: “While we have secured a charge of an individual in connection with this investigation, we are still seeking further potential victims and witnesses, who may be able to provide more information as we continue our work.
“I would urge anyone with any information to please get in touch with officers, who will handle your call with respect and dignity.”
