A man 70s has been taken to hospital and remains there in critical condition after a crash on Wilmslow Road in Handforth this afternoon
Police say the driver of a Honda CR-V has suffered a medical episode at the wheel, before colliding with a Range Rover Evoque at low speed.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dash-cam footage to contact them
