A cyclist – a 37-year-old man,sustained serious head injuries which are believed to be life-threatening after colliding with a HGV in Cheetham Hill yesterday
The collision occurred at the junction of Cheetham Hill Road and Queens Road in Manchester at 8:30am yesterday
No arrests have been made at this time and the driver of the HGV is assisting police with their enquiries.
Officers are now appealing for information and anyone who witnessed the collision or has any relevant footage – such as CCTV or dash cam – should contact the serious collision investigation unit on 0161 856 4741 quoting log 698 23/08/23.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
