Rory Marshall’s smash-hit, sell-out show ‘Pathetic Little Characters’ is heading to Manchester’s Fairfield Social Club in January 2026
Rory has dug deep into his extremely sad and pathetic soul to create an hour of extremely sad and pathetic characters. He adamantly claims that they’re nothing like him at all, but you can be the judge of that.
Straight from a critically-acclaimed, sell-out Edinburgh Fringe run, this is the debut show from South East Dartmoor’s fifth-most promising character comedian.
Rory says,
I hear the Manchester dudes know how to party! Well then they’ll love this show because it’s packed full of laughter. And there ain’t no party without laughter! The last time I performed in Manchester was with my punk band Birdskulls and I expect the two shows will actually be very similar! High energy, raucous and I play the bass guitar poorly for the duration. (I don’t really play the bass guitar for this! I do character comedy. And I don’t do it poorly. I do it well.
