North West Motorway Police stopped a car with two children in the boot earlier this morning
A total of seven people were travelling in the car, a VW Arteon,when it was stopped near Junction 20 on the M6
The Driver had been reported three offences, including carrying two passengers with no seatbelts and using a vehicle for an unsuitable purpose.
The family,said police, were going on holiday
