Ion Ionasco was last seen in Manchester City Centre on Monday 12 December 2022.
Ion is described as a white male, 6ft tall, medium build, brown curly hair, round glasses and has a stubble beard.
It is believed he was last seen wearing a black jacket, black trousers, black trainers, black scarf on his neck and was wearing a black Eastpak backpack.
Ion is also known to frequent the Swinton area.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Ion and want to make sure they are safe and well.
