Manchester online fashion brand BooHoo has announced that it has bought three more of Sir Philip Green’s failed Arcadia Group

Boohoo has bought the Burton, Dorothy Perkins, and Wallis brands for £25m in a deal which will almost certainly see the closure of  214 shops forever.

John Lyttle, CEO of Boohoo, said: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of the assets associated with the online businesses of the three established brands Burton, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis.
