Developers will be showcasing billions of pounds worth of their forthcoming projects for our area at major conference in Manchester

Some of the UK’s biggest developers, investors and landowners will be showcasing billions of pounds worth of their forthcoming projects for our area at major conference in Manchester.

A who’s who of our region’s biggest names will be under the one roof offering their vision for the future of Manchester.

Some of the big names attending include Salford City Council – Paul Dennett, City Mayor, Stockport Council – Caroline Simpson, Chief Executive, Far East Consortium – Gavin Taylor, Executive Director for Property Development, Manchester Airport Group – Alistair Andrew, Planning Services Director, Manchester City Council – Cllr Bev Craig, Leader, Capital & Centric – Tim Heatley, Co Founder, Wigan Council – Alison McKenzie-Folan, Chief Executive, Bury Council – Paul Lakin, Executive Director of Place, University of Salford – Professor Helen Marshall, Vice Chancellor, Homes England

These big names will be discussing a plethora of lucrative contracts and some of our region’s most exciting and ambitious regeneration projects.

The Greater Manchester Development Conference will outline £20 Billion worth of future regeneration, investment and placemaking plans that are in the pipeline for the Greater Manchester Region.

Ranging from housing to high streets, infrastructure to net zero estate, this event brings together key decision makers from the public and private sector to share intel, network and listen.

Refreshingly, the conference is not an exclusive club for the big names, but is also a unique opportunity for SME’s, local start-ups and SBE’s to rub shoulders, pitch their ideas and meet these key decision-makers.

Chief Executive of event organisers Built Environment Networking, Keith Griffiths says the event represents a major opportunity for the Manchester built environment sector to not only learn what’s happening on their doorstep, but to meet the people holding the purse-strings.

“We are passionate about cutting through the red tape and getting ambitious companies from across the sector – like Tier One contractors, building consultancies, Legal firms and architects – in front of the movers and shakers”.
