2025 is throwing a complete cornucopia of weather across the region
After almost three inches of rain that fell between New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day the region awoke to freezing temperatures with a widespread frost this morning and there is more on the way
The Met Office has updated its weather warnings for snow and ice, affecting Greater Manchester.
A warning is in force for ice from 5pm today until 10am on Friday.
Another warning is in place for heavy snow and some freezing rain from midday Saturday to 11.59pm on Sunday.
