A man has been charged following a collision which left a 16-year-old in a critical condition last week.
Zainful Abideen aged 20 of no fixed abode has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving with no insurance and driving without a license.
He has been remanded to appear before Manchester Magistrates Court today .
The 16-year male passenger was reported to be trapped in the Toyota Avensis following a collision with a stationary vehicle on Parkhills Road, Bury, just before 9.30pm on Saturday 27 November.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
