Planning permission has been granted for 32 new apartments fronting the Bridgewater Canal in Altrincham
The development will see the refurbishment and extension of the existing Grade 2 Listed Warehouse known as Bridgeworks
It will comprise studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 3 bed apartments. In addition, it will provide a 5,000 sq ft newly built Grade A office building over 5 floors for an owner occupier.18 car spaces will be provided on the site.
The original building which has been derelict for decades was first opened in 1833
