A 48-year-old man from Manchester has been charged with manslaughter after another man was found dead on the railway tracks in North Wales
Patrick Kennedy,of no fixed address, is due to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court tomorrow,
Keith Ford, aged 40, was pronounced dead at the scene on the line Prestatyn Golf Club in July 2022
His family are being supported specially trained family liaison officers and have asked for privacy at this time.
