Two children rescued from a house fire in Preston at the weekend have died in hospital

A mother and her two children were brought out of the address on Coronation Crescent and taken to hospital. The mother, aged in her 20s, suffered injuries which were not life-threatening.

Her two children, girl aged three and a boy aged five were also taken to hospital. However, medical intervention was withdrawn yesterday.
