Manchester-based internal communications agency, FJC, is celebrating a strong start to the year as it announces multiple new client wins.
The agency has been appointed to deliver marketing and internal communications campaigns for Rowlands Pharmacy and its parent company Phoenix Group, as well as Numark Pharmacy.
Also joining FJC’s client roster is Barnsley Council, which has added FJC to its contractors list. Meanwhile, long-standing client Co-op has renewed its contract with the agency for a further three years.
Vicky Fagan, founder of FJC, said: “It’s been an incredibly fast-paced year for the internal communications sector, as businesses in every sector have needed to keep their teams up-to-date, motivated and safe against a rapidly changing background. There are few sectors where this is more true than healthcare, which is why Rowlands Pharmacy, Phoenix Group and Numark Pharmacy have brought in FJC to support them to deliver creative communications strategies.
“We are delighted to be able to support them as they seek to engage with their stakeholders through video and animation campaigns”
FJC has already started work with Numark Pharmacy, creating a video for its Golden Tote dispensary system to inform pharmacists about its benefits. Using a combination of video footage and animation, FJC created an engaging short for social and online, while a longer video with more detail was distributed to different audiences. Planned work for Rowlands Pharmacy and Phoenix Group includes campaigns to deliver colleague Inductions, conference support and product launches.
Emma Charlesworth, Head of Marketing for Phoenix Medical Supplies said: “FJC impressed us with its client portfolio, and clear passion for excellence in producing creative communications. 2020 presented a huge challenge when it came to engaging with our pharmacists across the country as, not only were they incredibly busy, they were delivering exceptional work under strict new healthcare guidelines and with many of their admin and support staff working remotely. Vicky understood these difficulties immediately and worked with us to deliver the campaign plans, whilst working around current conditions.”
Meanwhile, Manchester-headquartered Co-op has renewed its contract with FJC to work on internal, L&D and OE campaigns, across all communication channels. Ash Akhtar, strategic communications business partner at Co-op Retail, said: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vicky and the team at FJC for many years and their work is consistently outstanding. They understand the importance of storytelling in internal communications, helping us to develop mutually respectful relationships with our team and building our reputation for being an inclusive business, putting colleagues at the heart of everything we do.”
FJC was founded in 2008 and is based at The Greenhouse, MediaCity UK.
