A 36 year old Manchester man will appear in court today charged over the death of three year old Louisa (Lulu) Palmisano in the City Centre at the weekend
Rawal Rehman of Lambton Road, Manchester, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He will appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 26 February .
