The stylish hotel Leven located on the corner of Chorlton Street and Canal Street, Manchester, have been busy working on a new cocktail selection for the summer season and with the warm weather finally here, thoughts are turning to alfresco evenings and cool cocktails.
Besides the good old classics, a collection of innovative spritz cocktails (below), priced at £9 each. Alternatively, order two for £12, available every day from 4pm – 8pm.
The Pompom Passion One – Passoa, Pomegranate, Prosecco and Soda
The Pina colada One – Butterscotch Liqueur, Coconut rum, Pineapple, Prosecco and Soda
The Aromatic One – Ceylon Arrrak, Lemongrass, Lime, Prosecco and Ginger Ale
The Peachy Raspberry One – Chambord, Peach, Lemon, Prosecco and Soda
