A 17-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl are in hospital, the boy having sustained life-threatening injuries after a car crash in Wigan
They were in a red Ford Fiesta was travelling in a southerly direction along Winstanley Road when it lost control and collided with a tree.
GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for anyone who may have seen the incident or the vehicle in question prior to the collision, to get in touch.
