From mind-boggling creatures to tree roots that talk to each other, discover the wonders of the hidden world beneath your feet at RHS Bridgewater this February half-term, from Saturday 19 to Sunday 27 February.
Families can explore the amazing realm through interactive fun with flora and fauna and a chance to get their hands dirty too. Investigating the vital role that underground wildlife, roots and organisms play in keeping our gardens beautiful and healthy, Under Your Feet includes fun-packed activities for all the family, including a garden discovery trail, planting workshops and interactive storytelling.
Plus, there’s a chance to find out more about the garden’s pigs, and Zoolab are back with their amazing Animal Encounters – offering visitors the chance get up close and handle various creepy-crawly mini-beasts.All activities are free with garden admission and Salford residents can visit the garden for free every Tuesday.

Feeding time with the Bridgewater pigs
