Reserve Wines was born out of an intimidating visit to a local wine shop.
Determined to create a friendly and inspiring community around wine and give customers a really good time, Reserve Wines founder Kate Goodman opened her first shop in leafy West
Didsbury, Manchester 21 years ago in 2003.
In the early days, Kate turned to YouTube to share her expertise and make learning about wine fun. She was scouted by the BBC, who invited her to be the Wine Expert for their Food and Drink Programme.
Working alongside world-famous chefs such as Michel Roux Jnr there is not much Katedoesn’t know about how to perfectly pair wine with food.
Fast forward 21 years and Reserve Wines has expanded to five sites across Manchester, (with one more in the pipeline) including a growing online presence and established
wholesale and corporate channels.
