Already a favourite spot for a special meal in Manchester, The Piano Bar brings a whole new dimension to the restaurant – the soft melodies will set the scene perfectly for a romantic date night, an overdue catch up with friends or a celebration meal with loved ones.
Drawing influence from across the Pacific Rim, the drinks menu is both imaginative and elegant. Highlights include the Banana Brûlée, a tropical mix with smoked banana foam; the Island Fern, a fresh combination of Hendrick’s gin, St-Germain, cucumber and mint; and the vibrant Aurora Reef with blue curaçao, kiwi syrup and pineapple. For a bolder choice, the Osaka Smoke blends Bulleit Bourbon with mandarin peel and Angostura bitters. Guests can also enjoy low- and no-alcohol options crafted with the same attention to detail, making for a standout experience.
