The hugely popular Night Market UK is returning to Manchester this month on the next leg of its tour round the country.

The unique night-time shopping experience will be showcasing over 50 local small businesses at Fairfield Social Club, in Meadowside, this Friday (26th July).

From bespoke fashion items and silverware courtesy of Brutal Fashion, to dazzling musical art prints from Lost in Music, and sculptural candles from Urban Botany to beautifully crafted homeware by Dapper Alice, there will be a stall for everyone on the night.

Other traders in attendance will include artisan producers, artists and bakers, plus Fairfield Social Club resident street food purveyor Isit Kitchen will be joined by pizza specialists Killa Carbs in the garden. And to ensure shoppers can party throughout the evening, DJ Clara B will be taking over the club’s sound system, leaving the fillers to the street food vendors only.

Fairfield Social Club, which opened in March as part of FEC’s ongoing Meadowside development project, will be the third venue The Night Market UK has visited in Manchester, having previously debuted at Victoria Baths in 2022 and nearby Love Factory last year.

Since its opening, the venue has become a destination for Manchester locals looking to enjoy themselves in one of the city’s most up and coming neighbourhoods. From football quizzes to pop-up dinner clubs, Fairfield Social Club has something going on at all times of the year for everyone.

Jason Bailey, director of GRUB, said: “Fairfield Social Club is all about supporting local community and bringing The Night Market UK to Meadowside is a huge win both for our local residents and neighbouring businesses. It should be an amazing night, hopefully the high-quality stalls and good times will bring in shoppers from further afield.”

The Night Market UK will be open from 6:00-11:00pm on Friday 26th July. Tickets can be purchased in hourly entry timeslots here, which keeps the atmosphere just right. There’s space to shop or simply sit and hang out, so guests can stay as little or as long as they like.

A Two Ticket special for £7 is available to those that book online. Full Price: £4.00 Concession: £3.50. Tickets will be available for sale on the door, but the team advise you to book online ahead of time to avoid disappointment on the night.
