Award-winning botanical inspired bar, The Botanist, has unveiled its huge new brunch menu, which launched at the beginning of the month and is available for all walk-in and pre-made bookings now.

Known for its imaginative creations, the venue has developed an innovative concept, which gives customers the chance to build their own brunch board by selecting 5 small plates from a choice of 28 different options.

Your chosen five dishes come served on a (very Instagrammable) wooden board and are priced at £15.95 per person. If you’re really hungry, extra dishes can be added for an additional £3 each.

Split into five categories – from the bakery, protein punch, hearty, on the side and sweet treat – mouth-watering dishes include Ham Hock Egg Benedict, Croque Monsieur, Smoked Trout and Salmon Pate, Acai Berry Protein Smoothie and Nutella and Biscoff French Toast.

Over a third (32%) of the options are suitable for vegan diners, with dishes including Scrambled Tofu with sundried tomato oil and toasted seeds, Plant Based Cumberland Sausage, Mini Hash Browns and Passion Fruit and Chia Yoghurt.

Guests can either choose one dish from each section to create a balanced board of options or choose any five dishes they like from the full list, meaning there’s a total of 98,280 combinations to create – yes, really!

That not all – a drinks package upgrade.

New brunch cocktails have also been expertly crafted by The Botanist’s in-house cocktail wizards, including Smoked Rose-Mary, Campari G&T and Watermelon Garibaldi. Fancy a detox? Add a nourishing Juice Boosts to your brunch, prepared fresh by the team on request!

For the little ones, a selection of dishes including Ham Hock Egg Benedict, Smashed Avocado Toast and Bircher Museli are available for £5.95 each.

The Botanist Brunch is available from 9am at participating sites, although specific service days and times vary depending on individual venues. Visit your local Botanist page for exact menu and opening hours here.
