The brand-new Build To Rent community from the team behind the iconic Lowry Hotel is coming to Piccadilly East, and has announced it will officially open its doors to residents on 19th July 2024.
To celebrate the opening and to get to know their neighbours, The Castings is hosting a free launch event for the local community and residents on Friday 19th July from 5pm till late – with music by local artists, free food supplied by local favourite, Nell’s Pizza and a plethora of drinks from local vendors; Hacien Tequila, Cloudwater and DIECAST.
The area was named in the Sunday Times coveted lists of best places to live, and sits conveniently adjacent to Ancoats, New Islington and the Northern Quarter.
The Castings community manager, Dave Evans, comments: “We’re really excited to welcome new residents into The Castings. The focus for us has been to create much more than just apartments; it’s an experiential way of living and we can’t wait to host our official launch party where the community can celebrate the neighbourhood’s newest addition.”
