The judge has lifted the reported restrictions of the suspect charged with the murder of three children in Southport on Monday

Seventeen year old Axel Muganwa Rudakubana has been charged with three counts of murder, ten of attempted murder and possession of a weapon after appearing at Liverpool Magistrates court where he was remanded into youth custody

Recorder of Liverpool Judge Andrew Menary KC said:

“Continuing to prevent the full reporting has the disadvantage of allowing others to spread misinformation, in a vacuum.”

Reports day that his parents moved from Rwanda to England in 2002.

The family moved to Southport in 2013 from Cardiff, Wales.

His Father Alphonse teaches Karate in Stockport and has the highest accolade you can attain in the grading field the Dan blackbelt.His Mother Mazayire has worked as a HCA and is a homemaker.

Two children who were injured in the attack have been discharged from hospital.
