Manchester has a second restaurant with a Michelin star tonight
After being name checked in the Michelin Guide U.K. as well as having received glowing reviews from national critics,Tom Barnes’ first solo restaurant Skof, located in the iconic Hanover building, accepted the star in the annual Michelin ceremony in Glasgow this evening.
