SHOW V – a new art activation with Manchester-based creative brand HEADS; a follow up to the acclaimed SHOW X exhibition which took place at the First Street hotel earlier this year.
Launching on Thursday 22nd August, SHOW V will consist of 5 artists’ work, showcasing the vibrancy and diversity of Manchester’s art scene, including multimedia and interactive elements.
The exhibition will feature local Manchester artists including Dorcas Hope – a multi-media portrait artist, focusing on black female subjectivity; LEGO® portrait artist Dale; illustrator Mul; fine art painter Charlotte Bradley and Manchester-based musician Mali Hayes, who will be showcasing original music videos on the INNSiDE digital screens.
HEADS provides a platform for creatives in Manchester and has hosted 75+ events since its inception in July 2022. The collaboration with INNSiDE aims to create a space for artist’s work to be seen and encourages hotel guests and the Manchester community to #StayCreative and #StayCurious, with the launch of a follow-up 2-month art activation.
The collaboration with HEADS forms part of INNSiDE’s #StayCurious ethos which promises to accommodate guests’ every need with considered comforts and locally inspired experiences.
