The arrival of Valentine’s sees a week-long celebration of activities at Sexy Fish – Manchester’s destination for Japanese-inspired food, live music and an electric atmosphere.
This year, Sexy Fish celebrates the joys of love, friendship and good times with The Perfect Catch – a week’s worth of activity to share with the ones you hold dear. Kicking off with ‘The Perfect Catch’ menu: a seven-course omakase menu priced at £69, available at lunch and dinner, with both wine and non-alcoholic pairings to accompany.
Created by Culinary Director Bjoern Weissgerber, the Valentine’s group dining menu boasts the likes of salmon & passionfruit ceviche, oysters, a sharing platter of sushi and sashimi, and spicy ginger beef tenderloin or salt-crust seabass, all showcasing the finest delicate Japanese flavours and techniques. To finish, dessert sees the return of a SexyFish favourite, The Sweet Temptation dessert. On Thursday 13, Friday 14 and Saturday 15 February, Sexy Fish will host three of its iconic Dinner Parties from 9pm-late, with live music from DJs including Fat Tony (Thursday 13 only) and others. The nights will be brought to life with Valentine’s themed lighting, disco and dancing each evening.
What’s more, groups of four or more guests dining on The Perfect Catch menu will receive a complimentary bottle of bubbles for the table.
The £69 Perfect Catch menu will run from Monday 10 – Sunday 16 February, lunch and dinner.
