Salford Council have given the go ahead to Enclave Gorton Street’s  co-living scheme

The plans include the construction of a 42-storey residential tower and the transformation of the nearby historical railway arches within the Greengate Regeneration Area.

The plans will see  568 studio apartments spread across two separate buildings – one at 42 storeys and one at 39 storeys.Amenities and rooftop terraces will be available to residents as part of the proposals with active frontages to the public realm and to the riverside.

The scheme will also provide 26,500 sq ft of communal space, including lounges, a cinema room, a cooking and dining area, a gym, a wellness centre, a coworking area, a games room and makers space, and meeting rooms.
