Ryan Giggs’ George’s Dining Room and Bar in Worsley went into liquidation owing nearly £500,000 figures lodged with Companies House have revealed
Giggs himself was one of the biggest creditors owned £100,000 while his two school fiends who he opened the restaurant with back in 2014 Kelvin Gregory and Bernie Taylor are owed respectively £53,000 and £13,000.
Staff who were notified that the restaurant was shutting by text are owned nearly £40,000 while the Inland Revenue are out of pocket by £117,000.
A Statement of Affairs for RKB Ventures filed on Companies House revealed the restaurant owed £495,145 to creditors, including £39,986 to its 22 employees.
Other creditors include Natwest, British Gas and Carlsberg Marton’s Brewing Company.
