Three other MP’s Richard Burgon, Ian Byrne, Imran Hussain also had the whip restored but three, Apsana Begum,John McDonnell and Zarah Sultana remain suspended pending a review
All seven were suspended by party leader Kier Starmer back in July 2024 after they voted with the SNP in an amendment motion to unlimit the two child benefit rule
