Plans to develop an affirdable housing project in Walkden have been submitted to Salford Council
The scheme from Alderley Group is for a new development site Bridgewater Court
This eproject is set to offer 100% affordable housing under a retirement living scheme, specifically for the over 55’s market.
The project is set across five floors, and will deliver 45 apartments consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments for residents.
