An Oldham man has been charged with death by dangerous driving after a 14 year old girl died in hospital after being hit by a car crossing the road in Moston
Kevin Pryce aged 45 of Quail Street, Oldham has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death whilst uninsured, failing to stop/ failing to report a road traffic collision and driving otherwise in accordance with a license.
The fourteen year old who is yet to be named was hit by the car on Lightbourne Road on Monday morning.She died in hospital this morning.
