The Parliamentary watchdog has opened an investigation into MP Andrew Gwynne following the controversial leaking of WhatsApp messages
Gwynne was sacked as a health minister earlier this month over offensive comments he made in the WhatsApp group
The Parliamentary Commission said the investigation was due to “Actions causing significant damage to the reputation of the House as a whole, or of its Members generally”.
