A man and a woman from Rochdale will stand trial for gross negligence manslaughter over the death of three-year-old Daniel Twigg from May 2022.
Daniel died after sustaining injuries as a result of being attacked by a dangerous dog on Tunshill Lane, Milnrow
His father Mark Twigg aged 42 of King Street, Radcliffe and mother Joanne Bedford aged 36 of the same address, have been charged with gross negligence manslaughter.
They have been notified to attend a scheduled court appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 31 July 2024.
