The Hatters have signed midfielder Lewis Fiorini from Premier League Champions Manchester City for an undisclosed fee.

The Scotland U21 international took part in pre-season training with the rest of the first-team this afternoon, after signing a three-year-deal with the club option of an additional year at Edgeley Park.

The talented attacking midfielder had been at Manchester City since the age of six and brings plenty of experience from successful loan spells overseas and in the EFL.

The 22-year-old signed a five-year contract with City in 2021 following an impressive season in the Eerste Divisie with NAC Breda, where he scored six and assisted five in 36 appearances for the Dutch club, who narrowly missed out on promotion that year.
