A man and his daughter both seriously injured in the 2017 blast at Manchester Arena has won the right to sue a blogger who said that the attack was faked
Judge Richard Davison ruled in favour of Martin and Eve Hibbert, who sued Mr Hall after he said they were not there.

Now he has succeeded in legal action against journalist, broadcaster and media producer Richard Hall, who claims the bombing was a hoax

Martin and Eve Hibbert are pursuing Richard Hall for harassment, misuse of private information and data protection infringement.
