A man in his 20s was taken to hospital where he remains with serious but not life-threatening injuries after being stabbed in Regents Park Retail Park in Salford yesterday evening.
No arrests have been made and an investigation is underway.
Detective Sergeant Zoe Marsden, from GMP’s Salford CID, said: “A cordon is currently in place at the scene whilst officers carry out a number of enquiries at the scene.
“A lot of people may have been in the area at the time so I would ask anyone with information to come forward – even the smallest bit of information may assist with our investigation.
