Prior to its official opening, Kallos Café & Wine Bar has opened a pop-up at Colliers at Cortland Yard, located between Trinity Way and Deansgate and next to Abito, to introduce both its brunch and evening menu.
Specialising in high-quality Greek and Mediterranean food, the pop-up opens from Thursday to Sunday. The menu includes in-house made pita bread, feta in filo with honey and sesame, flatbreads as well as a range of other traditional dishes.
The café & wine bar is on a journey to capture the essence of authentic Greek life, infusing it into every aspect of their offering.
Explore familiar favourites, elevated with quality ingredients, paired with wines from the sun-kissed vineyards of Greece and the Mediterranean.
Ioanna said: “We’re very excited to introduce Kallos, so we’ve launched a pop-up to showcase the menu while the finishing touches are being added to our permanent site. The ambition is to give people a flavour of Kallos through a selection of dishes and drinks, and we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks!”
