Bury council have given the green light to a retirement home in Prestwich
McCarthy Stone’s proposed Retirement Living development on the land at the Fairways Lodge Hotel will see 52 apartments built for private sale and part-rent part-buy.
The scheme will now see Fairways Lodge and Leisure Centre off George Street demolished to make way for the new building
