The Government has put aside a £1 billion fund for victims of the Post Office Horizon scandal after a long campaign for justice
Announcing the move in Parliament Business Secretary Jonathan Reynold’s said
“This outrageous miscarriage of justice continues to impact sub postmaster and their families. I hope today’s new redress scheme brings some relief to postmasters who have waited far too long to get back the money that is rightfully theirs.”

“Any postmaster who thinks they are eligible for this scheme can come forward and register. We know that every case is different, and that’s why there are multiple ways to seek redress.“
