Firefighters have been tackling a blaze overnight at a scrap metal works in Bury
The fire broke out just after 1.30am at the site onon Pimhole Road,and at its height eight fire crews were in attendence
Nearby residents were advised to keep their windows and doors closed as smoke is still being produced.
