Opening from today 27th November to 30 December, this year’s spectacular light and sound show in Salford is covering a route around the garden measuring 1440 metres and is packed with atmospheric new installations and features.

Among this year’s show you can Spot giant petunias that come to life at a touch and snap a selfie with family and friends in front of the sparkling star arch.

Wander through whimsical creations, with yew domes lit up like twinkly hedgehogs, swirling snowflake lights along your path and glittering tunnels and Listen to festive tunes chosen by visitors as you weave your way through glittering fairy light Christmas trees.

There is a chance to stop at the Marshmallow Station near Garden Cottage to toast giant gourmet marshmallows over the fire pit, as well as catching The Midnight Gardener’s exciting new interactive light juggling show full of mind-blowing effects to wow the whole family.

There is also the ‘And Then I Slipped’, a sparkling, interactive waterfall of light created by award-winning art studio I Don’t Love You Anymore, originally commissioned by Light Up Lancaster and Lightpool Blackpool.

As part of this year’s RHS Glow, visitors can also discover highlights from ‘Jack Frost – A Winter Story’, an enchanting new musical collaboration written and narrated by gardener, broadcaster, and RHS Ambassador Alan Titchmarsh MBE, with music by renowned composer Debbie Wiseman OBE.

This magical tale brings the story of Jack Frost to life, adding a touch of extra winter sparkle to the journey through the illuminated garden.
